The torn furniture in the breakfast area detracted from the overall ambiance, yet the breakfast itself was enjoyable.

Loved Conway, the hotel was good looking and exceptionally friendly close to everything. It was a great location not far from restaurants and stores and stores and a large shopping complex. Found Subway a couple of blocks away from the property where I had supper.

I had an fantastic stay! The Queen Studio was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, made meal prep easy. Plus, the indoor saltwater pool was perfect!

Had a pretty good stay! The staff was super helpful and cute, made a big difference. Room was spacious and clean, loved the comfy beds! It's close to everything, so easy to explore. Just wish the dining options were a bit better, not much variety around.

This stay overall was enjoyable, and despite the few shortcomings, I would consider returning.

The room was spacious and equipped with a full fridge and microwave, convenient for my business needs. The business center was accessible 24/7, allowing me to handle important work tasks efficiently. The location was advantageous, being close to key business areas, and the breakfast provided a decent selection to start my day.

The air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool, prompting one guest to sleep at the foot of the bed for airflow. There were cleanliness issues, including items found between the quilt and the sheet. Bathrooms showed signs of wear, with slow-draining sinks and tubs, indicating a need for maintenance updates. Pillow sizes were standard, leading to discomfort for those needing extras as the bed didn't seem to fit the sheets properly.

The air conditioning struggles to keep the room cool!!! Unpleasant odors and unclean comforters left me uncomfortable !!! Management needs to focus on better housekeeping practices!!!
